Clean Express Auto Wash

Got a standard car wash today for $11. Most car washes I've been to for around that amount (and many for less $) will use a power washer wand at the beginning to spray wheels and the rear of the vehicle, which the automatic washing process doesn't do a great job of cleaning. Many of them also towel dry your vehicle afterward. This place did neither. As a result there is still a lot of dirt in the wheels and on the rear of the vehicle. Will not return.

I enrolled in a membership for the top of the line car wash about 14 months ago, shortly after they opened this location. I LOVED IT! I was going through this car wash at least 3x’s a week. Staff was great! My car was so clean and beautiful. But about 2 months ago I started noticing my car was extremely wet once it came out of the car wash. I enrolled in the 2 towel exchange program. Before I could completely dry my car with 1 towel. Then it was taking both towels and I had to ring out the towels to continue to dry my car but you can’t really dry your car with soaking wet towels. I mentioned it to a staff member and I was given some stupid excuse that someone is scheduled to come out “today” to fix the problem. It never got fixed. Then I started noticing a horrible smell coming from the brushes inside the car wash. It made the inside of my car STINK, it was terrible. I had to drive with my windows down to air it out and that was in the month of March-in MICHIGAN-FREEZING! I went another time-again it stuck. I spoke to a staff member and I was told someone was coming out to fix the problem. ANOTHER time I got the same smell, and I asked a staff member for the number to the corpor

Its an excellent wash. Some skimp on soap, no shortage here. good brushes. Gets er clean. And TIRE SHINE!! A lot of places advertise it, but it’s lackluster at best. Not the case here. The shine looks great.

I love this place! The employees are great. The vacuums are amazing and it's one of the best Clean Express car washes around I've tried multiple car washes and multiple different locations and by far, yet this is the best one employees make you feel welcome. It does the best job on the car wash if it's too hot or too cold or rainy. You couldn't always vacuum and clean your windows inside my favorite part. I will be a customer here forever as I drive Uber and wash my car often. I definitely get the use out of my membership and I appreciate everyone that works here. I love them!

Second update: The manager for that location reached out to me and we had a great conversation. Update: I’ve decided to cancel my membership. Today 2/27, 12:45 PM I had another negative experience where I asked for dash wipe which I rarely do I typically just take whatever they give me. I don’t like to ask for anything but today I asked for a dash white because I needed to clean up my cupholder and one of their employees said they don’t have any dash wipes, but I’m free to buy them so yeah I think it’s time to go. This was such a great car wash when they first opened they were definitely customer focused, it felt like a different type of business. It felt like they cared, and within a few short months, it’s completely gone downhill. Why bother with the surveys, why have employees come up to you and ask you if everything is OK if this is what you tell your customers well we don’t have any, but you can buy some, yeah no thank you. Previous: I used to love this place and I’ve had a membership now for a while. However, the people that they are hiring, they don’t know how to properly guide you into the car wash. I had such a bad experience this morning where I had to back up multiple
